چکیده

Materials and Methods 81 patients with and lesser circulation after elective surgery regulated subclavian-pulmonary anastomosis for the last 2 years, in the ICU RSCS after V.Vakhidov. Proximal end of tourniquet regulators was used in case of 39 patients and Fogarty catheter for volume dosing of shunt was used in case of 42 patients. Clinical examination: EchoCG (with detection of velocity of blood flowing through the subclavian-pulmonary regulated anastomosis), ECG, chest X-rays (with special emphasis on assessing the degree of blood filling in the pulmonary circulation); cardiac monitoring: heart rate, blood pressure, central venous pressure, gas exchange parameters and deep oxygen status (pH, SpO2, pO2, pCO2, lactate); monitoring of hemoglobin, hematocrit levels and data of blood coagulation.

[Aortic origin of the left pulmonary artery in an infant with Fallot's tetralogy].

We report the case of a male neonate who had a prenatal diagnosis of Fallot's tetralogy. He presented with respiratory distress during the second week of life. Chest x-ray showed an enlarged right ventricle and pulmonary edema. Echocardiography demonstrated characteristic features of Fallot's tetralogy. However, cardiac catheterization disclosed that, in this case of Fallot's tetralogy, the lef...

The outside control of subclavian-pulmonary anastomosis in postoperative period fallot's tetralogy patients

Materials and Methods 144 patients were treated after application of regulated subclavian-pulmonary anastomosis according to the technique devised in RSCS after V.Vakhidov within the period from 2005 to 2014, in the resuscitation and intensive care unit (RICU). Tourniquet regulator to proximal end of anastomosis was used in case of 78 patients and Fogarty catheter for volume dosing of shunt was...

Staged surgical management of tetralogy of Fallot in infants.

A cohort of 61 consecutive patients 24 months of age of younger had palliative shunts for symptoms of tetralogy of Fallot during a 12-year period. Thirty-six of these patients have been followed through definitive intracardiac repair or to death. For analysis palliative operations were separated into two six-year periods, 1965--1970. During the first period seven of 30 infants operated on died;...

Relationship between Polycythemia and Surgical Mortality in Patients Undergoing Total Correction for Tetralogy of Fallot.

SELECTION of the most suitable operation for patients with Fallot's tetralogy should be based upon a knowledge of the risk involved. Results of the Blalock-Taussig operation have been thoroughly studied.1 Shunt operations can be performed with good knowledge of general risk to the patient and with assurance that the result will most often be dramatic and recovery prompt. At best, however, the r...

Long-term results of aortic-pulmonary anastomosis for tetralogy of Fallot. An analysis of the first 100 cases eleven to thirteen years after operation.

T HE CLASSICAL subclavian-pulinonaryt and aortic-pulmonary2 anastomoses were devised as palliative surgical maneuvers for the tetralogy of Fallot complex to augment pulmonary blood flow and to increase systemic arterial saturation. These shunt procedures, performed during the past 14 years, have provided reasonably good health to thousands of patients with severe cyanosis and physical limitatio...
